RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 14-days at Info@LunaraPulse.com. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

 

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

 

Returns

We accept returns for refunds. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 14-days after receiving it. To do so, kindly get in touch with us at Returns@LunaraPulse.com.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lunara Pulse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lunara Pulse will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
